After Lokomotiv Avia and Neftochimic: Dmytro Dolgopolov continues his career in Greece

Ukrainian international Dmytro Dolgopolov will continue his career in the Greek elite after officially signing a contract with Floisvos Paleo Faliro for the 2026/2027 season in the Novibet Volley League.
The news was announced by the club's management, which welcomed the experienced setter to its ranks.

The volleyball player, born on September 14, 1993, is 193 centimeters tall and arrives in Greece after two consecutive seasons in the Bulgarian championship. In the past season, Dolgopolov defended the colors of Neftochimic 2010 (Burgas), and a year earlier was part of the squad of Lokomotiv Avia (Plovdiv). Prior to that, he played for Cypriot Pafiakos, with whom he also left a good impression.
The Ukrainian is a well-known name on the international scene. With the Ukrainian national team, he won the Golden European League in 2024, after reaching the final of the competition a year earlier.
At club level, his career is full of successes. As early as 2013, he reached the semi-finals of the CEV Cup tournament with Lokomotiv Kharkiv. With the Ukrainian club, he won five championship titles and five national cups. In 2017, he triumphed as champion of Estonia with Selver Tallinn, and in 2023 he became champion of Croatia with Mladost Zagreb.
Over the years, Dolgopolov has accumulated rich international experience, playing in the championships of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Finland, Estonia, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and now Greece.
With the signing of the Ukrainian international, Floisvos adds to its squad a player with rich international experience and significant successes at both club and national levels. Dolgopolov is expected to play a key role in organizing the Greek team's game in the new season.
