The management of volleyball club Hebar (Pazardzhik) presented its new project "The Pulse of Success". This happened at the BTA national press club in Pazardzhik, where the team's president, Aleksandar Ivanov, and sports director, Todor Aleksiev, shared their expectations and goals for the project with the media. The project has a total value of BGN 94,854.00 and a duration of six months.
"We are very happy to continue with good initiatives, because Hebar has always been an example. The main goal of the project is to raise awareness among young people about the role of a successful public image, using sports as a basis for forming key competencies such as discipline, perseverance, and communication skills. Our team will strive to show young people how to build a positive public image and turn them into leaders, because sports are not only on the field but also off it. A large part of the players' successes are related to what they do off the court," said Ivanov.
Volleyball club Hebar has also created a manual on the role of public image and how important it is for young people and society. The team will also hold lectures in 10 cities - Burgas, Yambol, Dobrich, Stara Zagora, Pleven, Smolyan, Pazardzhik, Razlog, Plovdiv, and Kardzhali.
"It is a great honor for me to be part of this project because there was no one to help me build a public image as a young person, and I suffered a lot from that. It is extremely important how we behave off the court. I am glad that our team and I will have the opportunity to teach young people how to be leaders in life as well," added Todor Aleksiev.
