FIVB ruled on the transfer of Arina Fedorovtseva, which is being followed with interest by Fenerbahçe volleyball fans. The Russian volleyball player shared on social media and calmed the hearts of Fenerbahçe supporters with the good news.
"I was silent for a while because I wanted to wait for the official decision from FIVB. Now that the issue is resolved, I can confirm that I will no longer play for Shanghai Bright Ubest volleyball club.
Although it was a privilege to represent such a respected club, Shanghai Bright Ubest encountered difficulties in fulfilling its contractual promises. With the support of my agency SB Community d.o.o. and my Swiss legal advisor sideline Ltd, I took the necessary steps to resolve this situation. Today, I am happy to announce that FIVB has approved my request for an International Transfer Certificate and has officially released me from binding obligations with Shanghai Bright Ubest.
This allows me to start a new chapter with Fenerbahçe. I am filled with excitement and determination as I transform the enthusiasm of continuing my journey and my growth as both a volleyball player and a person in Turkey.
Thank you all for your understanding, support, and faith in me during this difficult period.
Sincerely,
Arina", concludes her post on Instagram.
Fedorovtseva is a two-time Turkish champion and winner of the Turkish Cup. In Russia, the volleyball player played for "Dynamo-Ak Bars" Kazan, with whom she became Russian champion in 2020. She has won the Russian Cup twice.
