Alex Grozdanov and Bogdanka snatched a point in their away game against Asseco Resovia Rzeszów.

In the second match of the round in the Polish PlusLiga, Asseco Resovia Rzeszów defeated BOGDANKA LUK Lublin 3:2 (21:25, 25:22, 23:25, 25:15, 15:13). Bartosz Bednorz, who scored 27 points, was named MVP. The leader of the visiting team, Wilfredo León, finished with 24 points. National player Alex Grozdanov recorded 9 points (4 blocks), finishing with 50% attack efficiency. Rzeszów was better in blocking with 17-9. Thus, Bogdanka continues to be in fourth position in the standings.
"Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose, but we have to come and talk. From the fourth set, Resovia started to play great, and we stopped playing volleyball. I don't know why," commented BOGDANKA LUK captain Marcin Komenda.
"Our team has enormous potential to win such matches," said Asseco Resovia's middle blocker Dawid Woch.
In the most intriguing match of the day, Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie defeated PGE Projekt Warsaw 3:1 (25:17, 25:20, 19:25, 25:21) in a match from the 20th round of PlusLiga and, at least until Jastrzębski Węgiel's Sunday match, will be the leader in the standings. After thirteen victories, the capital team's streak was broken.
The hosts entered the match with great momentum. They won ten of the first twelve rallies, with the other two being service errors by the hosts. Zawiercie's lead reached 17:9.
In the second set, the hosts also dominated. And although they lost the third, at the beginning of the fourth they returned to what was working excellently at the start. Aaron Russell again distinguished himself with a series of good performances.
"Calm down, this is only the third lost match in the league," PGE Projekt's libero Damian Wojtaszek told Polsat Sport. For personal reasons, Kevin Tillie did not play for PGE Projekt.
