Former Bulgarian national player Gergana Kyoseva is returning to volleyball after a maternity break. The 30-year-old outside hitter will once again wear the jersey of Dinamo București, announced the Romanian club.
Kyoseva missed the last season after becoming a mother to a baby girl. In recent weeks, she has been working with Dinamo's staff on her recovery and is ready for a new chapter with the "red-and-whites."
"I'm happy to see you again! I want us to have a successful season together. Come on, Dinamo!" stated the Bulgarian player.

Kyoseva already has an impressive resume in Romania. She is a three-time national champion, having previously played for CSM Târgoviște, Alba Blaj, and Dinamo București. In January 2025, she was signed by Dinamo, and shortly after, she played her first matches for the team.
In her career, the outside hitter has also played for CSKA, Sm’Aesch Pfeffingen, Cannes, Volero Zürich, Volero Le Cannet, PTT Spor, Çukurova, and the Chinese team Liaoning Donggang Strawberry Alliance.
In the new season at Dinamo, another former Bulgarian national player will also be present - the setter Petya Barakova.
