Montana continues its selection for the new season after attracting two youth national players. Both are silver medalists from Euro 2024 for U20 in Greece and Serbia.
Head coach Daniel Peev will be able to rely on Konstadín Kozelov in the middle blocker position, who arrives from Pirin (Razlog). The young middle blocker is among the promising players in his position and already has experience in efbet Super Volley.
Joining the reception line-up is 20-year-old Nikolay Ivanov from the Dobrudzha 07 (Dobrich) academy. Last season, he played for the second-division Italian team Cantù. However, the team was relegated from Serie A2, and the youth national player will continue his career at Montana under the guidance of Daniel Peev.
Both volleyball players are part of the extended squad of the Bulgarian U22 national team, led precisely by Peev. The team is set to participate in the European Championship in Portugal.
