Belgian international Pierre Perrin will continue his career with Italian club Vero Volley Monza, where he will be teammates with Bulgarian internationals Zhasmin Velichkov and Iliya Petkov.
The 22-year-old outside hitter arrives in Monza from Belgian club Greenyard Maaseik, where he established himself as one of the most promising players in Belgian volleyball. Information about the transfer was published in Italian media, and Maaseik also confirmed the departure of the volleyball player after two seasons with the club.
Perrin is a native of Waremme and came through the local club's academy before making a significant breakthrough with the Maaseik team. Over the past two seasons, he impressed with his performances in both the Belgian championship and European tournaments, where he distinguished himself with a strong serve and stability in attack.
The Belgian was also included in the initial extended squad of the Belgian national team for the Volleyball Nations League in 2026. Perrin has already played for the "Red Dragons" in international tournaments, including the World Championship in the Philippines, and is considered part of the new generation of the Belgian national team.
