Former Bulgarian national setter Petya Barakova will continue her career at Romanian Dinamo (Bucharest). The news was officially announced by the club, which strengthened its squad with the experienced Bulgarian for the new season.

Petya Barakova began her professional career at Levski Sofia, and then successively played for Volero (Zurich), Le Cannet, DevelopRes (Rzeszów), Volero Le Cannet, Maritsa (Plovdiv), Lugoj, Hapoel Kfar Saba, Târgoviște, Kuanyish, and CSM Bucharest.
With the Bulgarian national team, Barakova participated in European and World Championships, and among her greatest successes are the two titles in the Golden European League in 2018 and 2021.
Dinamo presented the Bulgarian as a volleyball player with rich international experience and ambition, who is expected to help the team in the fight for top positions in the Romanian championship.
