The Serbian men's national team announced its squad for the friendly tournament "Silesia Cup" in Poland, which will take place from May 20 to 23 as part of preparations for the 2026 Nations League. There, the Serbian team will face Bulgaria, Poland, and Ukraine.
Head coach Gheorghe Crețu will rely on 16 volleyball players for the competition, with the squad featuring both experienced names and many young players who will get a chance to prove themselves before the start of the official matches.

Serbia will open its participation in the tournament on May 20 against host Poland in Sosnowiec. After that, the "Blues" will play against Bulgaria on May 22 at 6 PM, with the match being broadcast on Max Sport 3.
Gheorghe Cretu's boys' last match is against Ukraine on May 23 in Katowice.
The tournament will be an important test for all teams before the start of the League of Nations, with coaching staffs expected to use the matches to refine starting lineups and game combinations. For Bulgaria, this will be an excellent opportunity to compare themselves against a traditionally strong opponent like Serbia, which is also undergoing team rejuvenation.
