Tatarov and Grotazzolina defeated Modena for their second success in the championship, no longer last in the standings

National player Georgi Tatarov and his Grottazzolina recorded their second victory in the championship, this time as hosts against Modena with 3:1 (27:25, 25:23, 23:25, 28:26).Tatarov finished with 10 points (3 blocks, 1 ace). The Bulgarian served an ace to snatch the first set at 26:25, giving additional confidence to the newcomer in the Italian elite. The most effective player for the hosts in the historic second victory against De Cecco and company was the Serbian opposite Dušan Petković with 26 points (2 blocks, 3 aces).

Canadian national player Danny Demyanenko surpassed the 100-point mark (104) since the start of the championship.

For the guests, Vlad Davyskiba from Belarus finished with the best result, 21 points. Dragan Stanković added 12, and national player Tommaso Rinaldi 14. Former Hebar Pazardzhik player Jacopo Massari failed to score.
With this clean victory for Grottazzolina, which brought them three points, Tatarov and company moved away from the bottom of the table and are now second to last, overtaking the Monza team.
