The leader in the National Men's Volleyball League, Levski (Sofia), encountered no difficulties during their away game against the last-place team Cherno More. Niki Zhelyazkov's boys won the match 3:1 (21:25, 25:20, 25:22, 25:20), thus continuing to top the standings with a perfect record – 11 wins from 11 matches.
The hosts won the first set 25:21 and put up strong resistance in the third set, which was won by the "Blues" 25:22, thanks to greater concentration in decisive moments. In the fourth set, the visitors from Sofia took a 13:11 lead and then only extended their advantage, closing the set in 25 minutes with a score of 25:20.
Vladimir Garkov was the top scorer for Levski with 20 points (2 aces, 1 block). Venislav Antov added 19 (2 aces). Middle blocker Livan Osoria finished with 12 points (4 blocks, 1 ace).
Outside hitter Simeon Dimitrov stood out for Cherno More with 18 points, while Valdas Litsankis and young prospect Boris Nachev each added 13.
