Top scorer in the Bulgarian efbet Super Volley during the 2024/25 season, Vasily Molotkov, will continue his career with French champions Tours. The news was officially confirmed by the club on social media.

“Tours is proud to announce the signing of our new opposite hitter Vasily Molotkov for the 2026/2027 season. Arriving from Paris, Vasily joins the TVB squad to bring his power, ambition, and attacking efficiency,” wrote the French giant.
Molotkov had a very strong season with Paris Volley, where he established himself as one of the leading scorers in the French championship. Prior to that, the opposite hitter also left a significant mark in Bulgaria, after finishing as the top scorer in efbet Super Volley.
Statistics show how strong a season Vasily Molotkov had in the French League A. The Russian opposite hitter finished just 5 points behind the top scorer in the championship.
| Player | Team | Matches | Games | Points |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nik Mujanović | Tours | 28 | 110 | 617 |
| Vasily Molotkov | Paris Volley | 31 | 117 | 612 |
Molotkov scored an impressive 612 points for Paris Volley and logically attracted the attention of champions Tours. Interestingly, he practically replaces the leader in the ranking, Nik Mujanović, who finished the season with 617 points.
The club added that the Russian is “determined and ready to embrace the new challenge,” and will bring energy and dedication to the court.
The transfer to Tours is another serious step in the development of the 22-year-old volleyball player, who will also have the opportunity to play in the Champions League next season.
“The entire TVB family is happy to welcome him and looks forward to seeing him play in front of our fans,” the club added.
