For the second consecutive year, the Bulgarian men's national team will participate in the prestigious friendly tournament Silesia Cup 2026, which will take place between May 20 and 23 in Poland. The matches of the competition will be played in two of the country's iconic volleyball arenas ",Arena Sosnowiec" and the legendary ",Spodek Arena" in Katowice.
The good news for Bulgarian fans is that all matches of the "Lions" will be broadcast live on MAX Sport.
The national team received a special invitation from the hosts to participate in the tournament, which once again gathers serious competition. Besides Bulgaria and Poland, the teams of Serbia and Ukraine will also play in this year's edition.
Silesia Cup is traditionally used as an important stage in the preparation of European national teams before major international forums and provides an opportunity for coaches to test various game options against strong opponents.
Of particular interest is Bulgaria's last match against host Poland, which will be played in "Spodek Arena" ", one of the most iconic volleyball halls in the world, which has hosted numerous World League finals, World Championships, and European Championships.
