The match was played without an audience, for security reasons, after drone attacks in the host city. The match ended with a score of 3:0 (25:14, 25:15, 25:23) in favor of the team from Kazan.Asparuh Asparuhov entered the second set and scored 1 point after 6 attacks.
Kazan's Zenit occupies the first place in the men's Super League (47 points). Kuzbass is in 10th place in the championship with 22 points.
Let's recall that 15 teams participate in the men's volleyball championship of Russia for the 2024/2025 season. The first four teams will qualify directly for the quarterfinals, and the teams ranked 5th to 12th will play a Last12 qualification round.
