Greek giants Olympiacos are set to build a strong squad for the new season, with German international Erik Röhrs also on the club's radar. According to local media reports, the outside hitter has already been agreed upon and is expected to join the team.
Thus, Röhrs might once again play alongside Bulgarian international Martin Atanasov, with whom he was a teammate at Italian club Monza. Atanasov is already officially part of Olympiacos.
Meanwhile, Serbian opposite Aleksandar Atanasijević will head in a different direction, as he is expected to transfer to Panionios but remain part of the Greek championship.
After Olympiacos' disappointing elimination in the playoff semifinals this season, the club will seek a stronger performance next year, although at the moment it seems they will only participate in the Challenge Cup tournament. Monza, for its part, will not participate in European club tournaments.
