After the end of the first part of the regular season in the Demax+ league, a transfer was made to the women's team of Levski Sofia, which signed a contract with the extremely experienced Slavina Koleva. The 38-year-old volleyball player, who plays as an outside hitter, has a rich resume.
In Bulgaria, Koleva has played for Slavia, Kazanlak, Spartak (Pl), and Academic.
Abroad, she has played in Romania, Vietnam, Hungary, Slovenia, China, Turkey, France, and Greece.
She has also played for the national team.
"I am happy to be in Levski and stay in Bulgaria, as in principle in recent years I have been playing abroad.
We reached an agreement with the management. I liked the idea of staying at home and the club's idea. There's nothing to say about the conditions - they are probably the best in Bulgaria.
I also trained with the girls here for a week in October. I got to know them then. In my opinion, they are great and have a lot of qualities," Koleva told the 'Blues' club website.
