Setter Kristina Guncheva is moving to the ranks of the Montenegrin women's champion OK Herceg Novi. Guncheva, a product of the Maritsa Plovdiv academy, last played for Bundesliga runner-up SC Potsdam. Before moving to Germany, she competed for French club Chamalières, where she was a teammate with another Maritsa academy player, Dima Usheva. In her career, besides her home club Maritsa, Guncheva has also played in Turkey, Hungary, Switzerland, and Romania. She has also defended the colors of Levski.
