The women's team of Gunma Green Wings, currently last in the Japanese V.League standings, is aiming for a decisive leap in quality with the acquisition of two volleyball players from the Turkish championship, according to Polish journalist Eva Mac on her X profile, citing a publication in an Italian media. Bulgarian middle blocker Nasya Dimitrova will arrive from Kuzeyboru, and Polish outside hitter Olivia Rozanski from Besiktas. In the 2024/25 season, Dimitrova plays for the Turkish team Kuzeyboru, which is in seventh position and will play a playoff against Zeren Spor.
