The captain of the Bulgarian national team, Mira Paskova, and Papara Göztepe started successfully in the final stage of the KFC Women's First League. Her team prevailed with a 3-1 (25-19, 22-25, 25-15, 25-13) victory over Info Yatırım Karşıyaka in the first match of the competition in Alanya. The match was played in the Recep Fazlıoğlu hall. Paskova finished with 16 points. Thus, Papara Göztepe began the battle for a place in the elite Vodafone Sultanlar Ligi in the best possible way.
On the second day of the final competition, Paskova's team will face İlbank, while Info Yatırım Karşıyaka will go against Istanbul Büyükşehir Bld. Spor.
According to the regulations, only the top two teams in the final standings will secure promotion to the elite league. The tournament continues until March 15, and the battle for places in the Sultanlar Ligi is becoming increasingly competitive!
